Men's Wool High Boot

I am extremely impressed with both the Amazing Men’s Wool High Boots and the exceptional customer service I received from Groundcover.

After placing my order, I was informed that the boots were temporarily out of stock and still in production. As they were intended as a birthday gift for my husband, I contacted Groundcover to explain that I needed them by 21 July. Liza responded almost immediately, apologised for the delay and assured me that the boots would be delivered in time.

Groundcover went out of their way to honour this commitment and ensured that I received the boots in time for my husband’s birthday. The boots are exactly what I had been looking for: beautifully made, comfortable, warm and of excellent quality. My husband was very impressed with the quality and appearance of the boots. He absolutely loves them!
