• Step 1 - Set up Your Paper

    Place a blank sheet of paper on a flat, hard floor. Stand barefoot with your full weight evenly distributed on the paper.

  • Step 2 - Trace Your Outline

    Trace around your entire foot. Keep the pencil perfectly upright (vertical) along the front and sides.

    Crucial Tip: At the heel, angle the pencil slightly inward so it stays right against the skin where it meets the paper.

  • Step 3 - Measure length & width

    Use a ruler to find the two key measurements of your outline:

    • Length: Distance from the very tip of your longest toe to the furthest point of your heel.
    • Width: Distance across the widest part of your forefoot.
  • Step 4 - Check The Chart

    Repeat the process for your other foot (it is completely normal for one to be larger). Use the larger of the two sets of measurements to find your perfect fit in the charts below.
