Men's Nguni Slide Sandal

An easy-going slip-on sandal crafted from beautiful, locally sourced Nguni leather. Each hide carries its own unique pattern, giving every pair a distinct character, no two pairs are alike. Aside from the genuine Nguni, this sandal is special as it leaves our factory to be hand-laced by the gifted mothers in our community. Built for lasting wear, the construction involves a soft foam-padded leather insole, built onto a PU unit sole. The upper is cut from a single piece of soft veg-tanned leather to ensure maximum comfort.

Note: the nature of the polyurethane sole means this shoe is not well-suited to sitting in the back of dark cupboards for extended periods of time. To keep the PU unit flexible and avoid it breaking down, it is recommended this shoe is either worn or flexed by hand at least once every 2 months.
