I was so happy to receive my boots and they were well made and great looking.

After wearing it for 2 hours, I came home with a deep cut on top - like it was cut with a razor blade.

The shoe repair shop said the was not finished with a top bond, which they then applied - they said it will not happen again as the leather has a layer of protection now.

All good, but now my new shoes have a blemish on top where the cut was repaired. I am not sure why this is not done at the factory.
