Men's Chelsea Boot - Brown

Why wouldn't you fit these boots with proper soft inner soles?
My first impression when I've put them on for the first time was that it is the most horrible shoes I've ever tried on.
The inners on these boots is flat, hard and impossible to live with for a whole day on your feet.
Only after I've removed the old inners from my old worn boots and put them inside these new boots, they became bearable.
Otherwise the boots is beautiful, properly stitched and looks like the will last a few years.
